Standard Warranty Policy
“Eurodib” warrants all ELECTRICAL equipment, sold directly through “Eurodib” and/or it’s approved suppliers only, to be free from “Manufacturer’s” defects for a period of one (1) year (parts & labor). Should any item prove defective due to “Manufacturer’s” defects, “Eurodib” will repair or replace said item, through Authorized Eurodib Service Agents ONLY (Repair or replacement will be at the discretion of “Eurodib”). “Eurodib” WILL NOT be responsible for costs incurred for services performed by “Unauthorized” service agents and/or without PRIOR written approval from “Eurodib” for services required.
ALL MANUAL products sold by “Eurodib” and/or it’s approved suppliers carry a three (3) month standard “manufacturer’s” guarantee.
Exclusions to Standard Warranty:
- Improper use and/or abuse of equipment
- Normal wear & tear of equipment
- Improper connections made by client (electrical, gas, water supplies)
- Any act of God
- Damaged incurred by human error.
Warranty Cancellation/Voiding
If at ANY time, service/tampering/alterations are performed on any product from “Eurodib” during the specified warranty period by ANYONE other than an “authorized Eurodib Service Agent” and WITHOUT expressed written consent from “Eurodib”, the warranty will become NULL & VOID. (This includes removal of panels, adjustment of temperature, soap & rinse intake on the “Lamber” dishwashers).
How to Obtain Service
Should you require service, you may call “Eurodib” directly (during normal business hours), Toll Free @ 1-888-956-6866. Our trained Service Department will determine your location and provide you with an “Authorized” service agency in your area. You WILL BE REQUIRED (at time of call) to have an original invoice, serial # of unit, and date of purchase to receive “warranty” service on your products. Failure to provide ANY one of the above mentioned criteria may result in loss of warranty service. Once all the information is recorded, our Service Team will forward all pertinent information to one of our experienced technical service agencies and expedite a service call in a timely manner.
Note: Products under 75 lbs will be considered “Bench” warranty and remains the responsibility of the client to either ship or deliver the unit to the Service Center. All items above 75 lbs will be considered “On-Site” service, and work will be performed at the clients’ facilities. “Eurodib” will ALLOW one (1) hour of TRAVEL time for service(s) performed outside a specified service area, where no local service is available. Additional travel time costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
Freight Policy
All items purchased from “Eurodib” will be F.O.B. Boucherville, Qc. On orders of $3000,00 Net or greater *(some exceptions apply), “Eurodib” will pay all freight charges to any destination within the Continental United States.
Exclusions to “Free Freight” Policy
- MINIMUM of two (2) of the following dishwashers MUST be purchased to acquire Free Freight, regardless of the dollar value of order (should the order include products other than a dishwasher(s): (MiniBar, S280S, S280DPS, 01FS, 01FDPS 050FS, 050FDPS, F85/92S, F85/92DPS).
- RESIDENTIAL delivery, APPOINTMENT requests, and TAIL GATE requirements ARE NOT included in the Free Freight terms at ANY TIME.
These additional charges will be the RESPONSIBILITY of the client.
Return Policy
Returns will ONLY be accepted within THIRTY (30) days from date of original invoice. All returns will be subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ONLY items that have NOT been used, UNDAMAGED, and in it’s ORIGINAL BOX will be accepted for return. To request a return of a product purchased from “Eurodib” or any of our approved suppliers, PLEASE call us on our Toll Free phone @ 1-888-956-6866. You MUST have the INVOICE #, and date of purchase immediately available. Our Customer Service department will provide you with a Return Authorization # (R.A.) and our specified return address. BOTH MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED on the box being returned. ANY item received at our facility WITHOUT an R.A.# will be refused and returned to the client. Credit on returns will ONLY be processed once the unit has been inspected by our service department and it meets ALL the criteria mentioned above.
MINIMUM ORDER: 100 DOLLARS (EXCLUDING PARTS)
