Eurodib announces the acquisition of Distex Group, a Canadian leader in commercial refrigeration, cooking solutions, and stainless steel kitchen equipment
Eurodib, a North American professional kitchen equipment distributor, announced today the acquisition of Distex Group, a company founded in 1993 that specializes in the import and distribution of commercial refrigeration, cooking solutions and stainless steel kitchen equipment throughout Canada.
This acquisition by Eurodib enhances their commitment to serve the Canadian market coast-to-coast and strengthen its position as a leader in professional kitchen equipment.
“We are proud to expand our business with the addition of new key product categories,” says Ian Routhier, President of Eurodib. “Distex Group has earned a reputation for excellence in refrigeration and stainless-steel kitchen equipment, and our goal is to pursue our Canadian expansion. We are happy to integrate the Distex Group brands (New Air, Thorinox and Brika) to our portfolio and increase our logistical capacity with new West Coast warehousing,” he adds.
