Features 
The Lamber L21EKDPSCV is a high-temperature pass-through dishwasher engineered in Italy for demanding commercial kitchens. Its double-wall insulated construction helps reduce
heat loss and noise, while the Thermocontrol system ensures consistent sanitizing rinse temperatures throughout every cycle.
- Steam Condenser Technology recovers heat generated during each cycle and reuses it in subsequent cycles, helping reduce energy consumption and improve overall efficiency.
- Integrated drain pump for flexible installation and efficient water drainage.
- Upper and lower rotating wash and rinse arms ensure complete water coverage throughout the wash chamber delivering thorough cleaning.
- This unit must be connected to a water filtration system. Reverse osmosis (RO) filtration systems are not compatible with this machine.
- It's reccomended to supply a mixed water supply (cold + hot) and using an adjustable thermostatic mixing valve in order for the unit to receive water that is in acceptable temperature range.
