• It is the perfect utensil as an extra grill pan. This “Plancha” pan is used to grill meat without fat content. Ridges are useful to mark meat but overall to reduce sticking surface.
• It is also perfect to cook scallop flesh, shrimps, fish, vegetables…
• All heat sources including induction and BBQ.

Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
