Crepe Batter Spreader

The spreader (“rozell” in Breton).

It is an essential accessory for making nice, round, thin crepes on the plate of your crepe maker. The flat wooden spreader is traditionally used to spread the Breton crepe batter. This tool allows you to make a very thin crepe.

The size of the spreader you choose depends on the diameter of your plate.

The larger the plate, the larger the spreader.
