Crepe Batter Spreader

The spreader or “rozell” in Breton.

It is an essential accessory for making nice round thin crepes on the plate of your crepe maker. The round stainless steel crepe spreader is easy to use and recommended for beginners.

The size of the spreader you choose depends on the diameter of your plate. The larger the plate, the larger the spreader needed.

An 18 cm round spreader is recommended for crepe makers with a 35 cm or 40 cm diameter.
